We can't speak highly enough of our experience with Travis Tapella. We were first-time home buyers with very little knowledge about how to find the right place. We met with a couple of realtors early in our search before Travis, but we knew instantly that he was the one for us. He is honest and hands-on (helping check everything for your inspections), and he really helped to take the pressure off of us. We never felt forced to make an offer and when we finally found the "one", Travis walked us through every step of the negotiations. Working with our schedule, which we greatly appreciated! When my wife and I decided to put our house on the market last year, we reached out to Travis to be our realtor. What we got, was not just a realtor but a partner in the process. My wife and I had used a realtor to purchase our first home, and being a lawyer I wasn’t crazy about using a realtor again. However, choosing Travis was one of the best financial decisions my wife and I could have made. Travis and his partner, BL, not only handled all of the typical paperwork that goes with listing and selling a home, but also helped my wife and I prepare and market our home. Any person with a real estate license and access to MLS can list your house and show-up to walk prospective buyers through your home. Where Travis and BL excel is in highlighting the specific details of your house that made it your home, and helping prospective buyers appreciate those specific aspects of your house so that the buyers will want to purchase the house. We listed our house on a Friday afternoon and had four offers all over the listing price (which was priced a little higher than what we originally we may be able to obtain) by late Monday morning. On the buying side, my wife and I chose to build a house. Although there is significantly less negotiations involved in buying a new home, Travis met with us and the builder on multiple occasions and offered valuable insight on the process and the particular models my wife and I were considering. Throughout the entire process, Travis and BL were easy to work with and went above and beyond to get us an unbelievable result.
